Seeds Market Developer is **responsible for the implementation of geography** **marketing plans** and **lead market** **tailored** **projects** . This includes detailed planning, executing, and reviewing of sales campaign to ensure that it meets stipulated goals. Will be a key point of contact for Communications team, Account managers and Field agronomist on field tactics/activities following commercial strategy by crop. Responsibilities + Pricing and campaign execution; commercial support (disc., quotas) for assigned geography. + Deployment of products and technologies, pivot with communications and technical team for campaign design. + Monitor and evaluate regional business metrics in order to assess and adjust tactical plans, enabling portfolio sales and optimizing RTM. + Foster synergies with crop protection and biologicals. + Implement growth initiatives and projects at a regional level. + Steer field plot allocation to foster product development, customer insights and sales. Qualifications + Business acumen of agricultural business. + +5 year of experience Marketing, Sales, Agronomy, preferably in seeds. + Agriculture / Biotechnology / related degree. + Strong technical background. + Marketing experience is a plus. + 100% Flexibility to travel. + Good influential leadership and interpersonal communication skills. + Customer centricity. + Fluent English. + MS Office and data analysis software.
