**Seed Svc Advisor Training Lead**
**YOUR TASKS AND RESPONSIBILITIES**
You will be responsible for building continuous training and onboarding plans for Seed Service Advisors on business acumen, agronomic knowledge, and soft skill development to ensure that the customer service organization maintains best in class service and processes in a changing business environment. Additionally, you will be accountable for identifying best practices and standardization across the role, identifying improvement opportunities with stakeholders that drive profitability while maintaining the relationship with customers and stakeholders.
The primary responsibilities of this role, Seed Service Advisor Training Lead, are to:
+ Be responsible for yearly training strategy, content, facilitation for Seed Service Advisors;
+ Build and execute onboarding plans for Seed Service Advisors to ensure business continuity and a fast start and follow up on a scheduled basis to determine gaps or opportunities;
+ Collaborate with leaders, commercial organization, Org Readiness squad, and quality assurance analyst to identify gaps and opportunities for continuous improvement;
+ Build and deliver content to support continuing education needs for the Seed Service Advisor role;
+ Partner with leaders on evaluating and measuring employee progress;
+ Ensure that best practices are promoted and implemented in support of efficiency and best in class service while maintaining the best interest of Bayer.
**WHO YOU ARE**
Bayer seeks an incumbent who possesses the following:
Required Qualifications:
+ Bachelor’s degree in Agriculture, Agronomy, Business, Supply Chain Management, Teaching, or related fields;
+ Excellent communication, collaboration and influencing skills;
+ Ability to inspire and achieve results through others;
+ Key Competencies: Customer focus, results oriented, agility, critical thinking, decision making, interpersonal and relationship management skills.
Preferred Qualifications:
+ Master’s degree preferred;
+ 7 years, or equivalent experience in training, customer service;
+ Strong Domain knowledge in agriculture and customer service.

Employees can expect to be paid a salary between $101,805.60 to $152,708.40. Additional compensation may include a bonus or commission (if relevant). Additional benefits include health care, vision, dental, retirement, PTO, sick leave, etc. This salary range is merely an estimate and may vary based on an applicant’s location, market data/ranges, an applicant’s skills and prior relevant experience, certain degrees and certifications, and other relevant factors
