Position Summary:
We are seeking a detail-oriented and motivated Seed Quality Technician to support our laboratory operations. This role is responsible for the creation and movement of physical samples, performing designated seed quality analyses, and assisting with seed health testing and greenhouse activities.
Key Responsibilities:Prepare buffers and reagents for laboratory useMaintain indicator plants and conduct grow-out assaysPerform physical seed quality analysis and assist with seed health testsOperate, inspect, and maintain laboratory equipmentEnsure compliance with ISO Quality Management StandardsFollow all safety protocols and wear appropriate PPESupport greenhouse operations as neededCollaborate effectively in a fast-paced, global, and multicultural environmentQualifications:High school diploma or equivalent (GED) required4–6 years of relevant experience preferredStrong communication and organizational skillsAbility to work independently and as part of a teamComfortable working in a dynamic and fast-paced setting
Pay and Benefits
The pay range for this position is $25.00 - $25.00/hr.
