OBJECTIVE
Ensure the optimal, safe, and continuous operation of security systems (Access Control, CCTV and Monitoring) with a focus on the Genetec Security Center Software. This is achieved through preventive maintenance, project supervision, interdepartmental coordination, and continuous improvement of technological security processes.

MAIN ACTIVITIES:

Management, configure, and maintain Genetec Security Center software, including cameras, doors, readers, licenses, and events.Execute preventive and corrective maintenance on Access Control Systems (ACS) and CCTV as per the established plan.Coordinate effectively with the Security Monitoring Room, ensuring continuous device operability and incident response.Daily verification of doors and cameras, ensuring proper operation and physical security.Provide technical training to system operators on proper platform usage.Maintain constant collaboration with Telecommunications, IT Infrastructure (servers), and Facilities teams.Supervise the execution of security technology projects, ensuring timely delivery aligned with BRP quality standards.Apply best practices for technical documentation, backups, and change control.Ensure compliance with internal policies, international standards BRP’s Quality Policy.Participate in internal and external audits, providing technical compliance evidence.Propose continuous improvement for our processes.Maintain accurate and up-to-date inventory records of all security systems equipment and assets.Move between the different Juárez sites (J1, J2, J3) and subsites according to the requirements of our clients (Patrimonial Security Department).Follow BRP values.
