Allied Universal® is hiring a Client Services Project Support Manager. The Client Services Project Support Manager is primarily responsible for providing project, administration, and technical writing support for the client’s security programs, which include communications, governance, globalization, compliance, operational accountability, and strategic planning.
RESPONSIBILITIES:
Lead and support ongoing client projects as assigned, and assist with implementation where necessaryProject management; manage implementation of new and upgraded badging systems; coordinate with internal groups, communicate statement of work, obtain budget approvals, hold vendors accountable for meeting deadlines, liaise between vendor and customer and negotiate deadlines; oversee quality assurance and schedule inspections; provide expert-level recommendations on continued use of vendors; recommend other vendors for performing service; coordinate calls for reporting status updates; determine when project deadlines are in jeopardy and escalate to customerPrepare regular reports and updates for senior client management on the status of projects and other support activities, including project status, remediation efforts, and key metricsReview data and information generated by projects and functions and prepare information materials for briefing and review sessions; preparation may include data entry, report creation, programming, audits, and budget supportConduct special projects that can include statistical gatherings and analysis, support of quality control programs, marketing and other administrative projects as needed (reiteration of above)Provide support researching various topics to compile background information, reports and metrics relating to projects supported- identify vendors – access and materials requirementsCreate and format formal communications, status reports, Power Point presentations, spreadsheets, and other necessary documentsQUALIFICATIONS (MUST HAVE):
