Security Supervisor – Guest-Focused Safety & Service

As a Security Supervisor, you’ll lead efforts to ensure a safe and welcoming environment for all guests, team members, and visitors. With a strong presence throughout the property, you will oversee security operations on your shift and support a service-first culture that prioritizes comfort, care, and safety.

What You’ll Do:

Monitor hotel premises with vigilance and professionalismRespond promptly and courteously to security incidents, ensuring thorough documentation and follow-upSupervise and train the Security Team, fostering a guest-first mindsetSupport hotel staff in managing sensitive or unusual guest situations with discretion and careReview and improve safety protocols, surveillance, and emergency response systemsMaintain compliance with safety regulations and company policiesConduct team briefings and lead regular safety audits
