Security Supervisor - DoubleTree by Hilton Hotel San Jose

The iconic DoubleTree San Jose property is currently seeking a career-oriented Security Supervisor to join the security team. If you have a passion for security and want to make sure your guests and fellow team members or staying and working in safe environment, this is the position for you!

Ideal candidate for this role will possess: 

\n\nAvailability to work a flexible schedule that would include mornings, evenings, overnights, weekends, and holidays. \nAt least 1-year previous hotel Security experience. \nPassion in providing memorable experiences for customers. \nBe at least 21yrs of age. \n\n

Hourly rate for this role is $28.00. 

\n

What will I be doing?

\n

As a Security Supervisor, you would be responsible for ensuring the safety of guests and team members and the security of the hotel and property in the hotel's continuing effort to deliver outstanding guest service and financial profitability. Specifically, you would be responsible for performing the following tasks to the highest standards:

\n\nPatrol the interior of and the perimeter of the hotel and the property to observe and identify potential safety risks, security risks and undesirable conditions.\nRespond to emergency situations including, but not limited to, safety hazards, fires, medical emergencies, and threats to life and/or property.\nPromote safe work practices.\nInitiates preliminary investigations into incidents, as needed.\nWrites reports and ensures accuracy of necessary documentation, as needed.\nRespond to guest inquiries and requests and resolve guest issues in a timely, friendly, and efficient manner.\nAssist with parking area oversight, including directing traffic.\n
