They manage a team of security personnel, ensure compliance with safety protocols, monitor surveillance systems, and respond to incidents or emergencies. Their role includes conducting regular inspections, coordinating with law enforcement when necessary, and maintaining detailed reports on security activities. They also play a key part in training staff, enforcing access control, and implementing security policies to protect people, property, and information.
