Security Supervisor – Distribution Center (3rd Shift)
Wage: $23.00/hour

We’re currently seeking an experienced Security Supervisor to join our team at a busy distribution center in Wyoming, MI. The supervisor will play a key role in ensuring security operations run smoothly during 3rd shift—the busiest time of operations.

Experience Required:

A minimum of 2 years of Security Supervisor or Law Enforcement experienceAdvanced computer skillsStrong customer service and leadership skillsProven ability to lead teams of 5 or more employees in a fast-paced environment

Your Responsibilities:

Provide site supervision and ensure all officers follow company policies and proceduresKeep management informed of concerns, issues, and site activityManage access control: sign drivers in/out and log trucks on traffic logPatrol facility and lot areas, including use of a company vehicle to assist with truck flowMonitor CCTV systems and respond to alarmsRespond to emergencies and submit detailed incident reportsSupport and coach your security team to maintain professionalism and effectivenessHandle the physical demands of the role: sitting, standing, walking, climbing stairs, and navigating a warehouse environment

What We’re Looking For:

2+ years of supervisory and/or security/law enforcement experienceLeadership and decision-making skills in high-pressure situationsStrong communication and customer service skillsFlexibility to work weekends and multiple shifts if neededMust pass a drug screen and background checkMust meet state, county, and municipal licensing requirements for Supervisors
