Overview Location: Candidate must be based in Florida. Relocation is not provided for this role. Travel: Candidate should expect 60-75% domestic travel. This position will oversee and manage all aspects of security operations for PepsiCo sites within their assigned region (southeast). Responsible for developing and implementing consistent security policies, conducting critical associate trainings, and enhancing security measures through advanced designs and technology. Acting as the primary security contact, the manager will build strong partnerships with internal and external stakeholders, including law enforcement, to address security needs and mitigate risks. The role includes leading crisis management exercises, ensuring business continuity planning, evaluating security measures, and performing vulnerability assessments. Additionally, the role will provide executive protection, oversee security vendors, and contribute to the safety of special events. Responsibilities Design and implement consistent security policies and procedures at PepsiCo locations Conduct associate training for WPV, Security Awareness, Active Shooter drills, Business Continuity, and other security-based trainings Develop and enhance security designs and upgrade technology to provide a safe working environment Partner with key internal and external stakeholders and other PepsiCo division for security requirements and needs Maintain liaison with local, state, and federal law enforcement Provide executive leadership protection Review and oversee security vendors Maintain contact with other companies and security associations to identify best practices Perform security duties as special events Routinely report activity and provide notification to supervisors of significant events/incidents Lead crisis management exercises and respond to incidents as needed Lead business continuity planning at PepsiCo locations Serve as the primary Security contact for assigned region Provide ongoing evaluation of security measures, recommending methods to counter potential risk situations Facilitate business continuity and crisis management exercises for PepsiCo site leaders Perform security vulnerability assessments of operations and facilities based upon PepsiCo GS requirements and industry best practices Compensation & Benefits: The expected compensation range for this position is between $118,700 - $198,800. Location, confirmed job-related skills, experience, and education will be considered in setting actual starting salary. Your recruiter can share more about the specific salary range during the hiring process. Bonus based on performance and eligibility target payout is 15% of annual salary paid out annually. Paid time off subject to eligibility, including paid parental leave, vacation, sick, and bereavement.
