Military OneSource Security Specialists assist the Facility Security Officer to administer the corporate security management program in compliance with the National Industry Security Policy Manual and contract requirements. **Job Responsibilities** + Initiates, submits, and tracks completion and results of criminal history background checks and fingerprints for all personnel working on the Military OneSource project. + Initiates, tracks to completion, and documents results of successful credential review/verification for counselors prior to the individual performing any counseling services. + Supports process of gathering and submitting information & documentation required for government suitability determinations for all staff positions as needed. **Minimum Qualifications** + U.S. Citizen and fluent English speaker + Must submit to and successfully pass a DoD-initiated Tier 2 - Public Trust Background Investigation + Bachelor's degree and extensive security management and process experience (additional 4 years of relevant experience may be considered in lieu of Bachelor’s degree) + Solid working knowledge of standard computer software (Microsoft Office business suite to include Outlook, Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and Project). **Other Job Specific Skills** + Prior experience supporting military and/or government contracts/programs + Prior experience supporting large call center operation + Must be able to communicate effectively and clearly present technical approaches and findings. + Exercises a limited degree of latitude in determining technical objectives of assignments. + Strong attention to detail. + Must be able to balance multiple tasks simultaneously. + Exceptional customer service skills. + Ability to multitask and work in a team setting. **Compensation Ranges** Compensation ranges for ASM Research positions vary depending on multiple factors; including but not limited to, location, skill set, level of education, certifications, client requirements, contract-specific affordability, government clearance and investigation level, and years of experience.
