Job Description

As a Security Specialist, you will assist our Regional Security Managers in the design, scheduling, coordination, facilitation, and after-action reporting of crisis management tabletops. You will participate in routine and ad-hoc meetings with different teams, partners, and vendors to discuss and identify program improvements and help design and implement program improvements. You will provide Board of Directors support, both for on-site meetings in Milwaukee, and those off-site. You will report to our Director Global Security.

Your Responsibilities:Mass notification system administration, maintenance, end user training, and vendor collaborationAdminister and coordinate industrial security activities following company policies and procedures to ensure compliance with federal security regulations, directives, and manuals for safeguarding National Security InformationAchieve a comprehensive understanding of the NISP, and 32 CFR Part 117 NISPOM Rule and a complete knowledge of established policies, procedures, and practices for safeguarding National Security Information and ensure compliance.Manage internal and external record management systems (i.e., DISS, NISS, NBIS)Initiation, review, verification, and monitoring of employee personnel clearance investigations and re-investigations.Develop, coordinate, and enhance crisis mgmt and industrial security program documentation/security awareness training.

The Essentials - You Will Have:High school diploma or GEDLegal authorization to work in the U.S. We will not sponsor individuals for employment visas, now or in the future, for this job opening.The ability to travel 10% of the time.A valid drivers license.

The Preferred - You Might Also Have:Bachelor's degreeCan complete the FSO Program Management for Non-Possessing Facilities IS030.CU CDSE courseHave, or be able to obtain, a DoD Top Secret (TS) Security ClearancePrevious experience in industrial security or crisis managementExperience interpreting and applying National Industrial Security Program Operating Manual (NISPOM) to comply with government requirements as they relate to industrial securityUse and knowledge of government databases, i.e., DISS, NISS, NBIS, e-QIP/e-App
