**Kiliuda,** a subsidiary of Three Saints Bay, LLC, and a Federal Government Contractor industry leader, is seeking a **Security Specialist** with a **Top Secret Clearance** to join our Team in **Springfield, VA.**
**POSITION REQUIREMENTS:**
1. Minimum of Two (2) years of experience adjudicating suitability and national security background investigations of varying levels of complexities.
2. Must have the demonstrated ability to apply high technical knowledge in solving complex problems and applies law, regulation, policy, and procedures to personnel security programs.
3. Ability to work independently and with minimal supervision.
4. Must be organized and have excellent oral and written communication skills commensurate with the demands of the personnel security specialist position.
5. Demonstrated ability to compose letters of action to include LOI, NOT, NOPA, and NOD’s.
6. Successful completion of an accredited Basic and Advanced Suitability and National Security Adjudication Courses. Advanced Suitability Course must be completed within 6 months of onboarding, if not already received.
7. Demonstrated ability in the efficient use of Security Case Management Systems.
8. Experienced user of Microsoft Office suite applications.
9. Experienced user of NP2, DISS, and NBIS applications, with special emphasis on e-App, JVS, and CVS.
10. Demonstrated ability to articulate and grammatically compose content using the English language.
11. Ability to multi-task and handle heavy workloads.
12. The PSS must be favorably adjudicated for a Top-Secret Clearance position and enrolled in a CE program to support role.
