Security Site Supervisor
Wage: $20.00/hour

We’re currently seeking experienced Supervisors to join our security team at a large warehouse facility in Wyoming, MI. This site is part of a partnership of three facilities where food products are produced and distributed.

Experience Required: A minimum of 2 years of supervisory and/or security experience is required. Candidates must have a proven track record of leading teams of 5 or more employees, with the ability to effectively support, guide, and manage staff in a fast-paced security environment.

Your Responsibilities:

Provide site supervision, ensuring safety and security operations run smoothly.Conduct foot patrols throughout the facility and surrounding areas.Manage vendor and employee access control.Protect client property and personnel by observing and reporting activities and incidents.Support your security team through coaching, guidance, and oversight.Handle physical demands such as frequent sitting, standing, walking, climbing stairs, and navigating warehouse environments.

What We’re Looking For:

2+ years of supervisory and/or security experience.Ability to lead and manage teams of 5 or more employees.Strong communication and customer service skills.Critical thinking and decision-making skills in fast-paced situations.Flexibility to work weekends and multiple shifts as needed.Must pass a drug screen and background check.Must meet state, county, and municipal licensing requirements for Supervisors.
