Site Security Supervisor

Schedule: Monday - Friday 8am-4pm

Rate: $23.00/Hour

At Securitas, our Site Supervisors play a critical role in ensuring our security operations run smoothly and effectively. Site Supervisors lead by example, oversee on-site security officers, and responsible for maintaining a high level of safety, professionalism, and service at the assigned location.

The ideal candidate we are seeking will be dependable and motivated leaders who can manage staff, respond to incidents, and build strong relationships with clients while adhering to our core values; Integrity, Vigilance, & Helpfulness.

What Your Day May Look Like

Manage scheduling of site officersCorrective action assistance alongside upper managementProactive relationship with local customers' points of contactLogistics operationsCCTV monitoringEnsure all officers follow post orders and Securitas protocolsMaintain detailed reports, indicent documentation, and daily activity logs

Position Requirements

Must be at least 18 years of ageHigh school diploma or GED requiredAt least 1 year security and supervisory experience preferredProficient in basic computer and technology useStrong communication, reporting, and organization skillsCustomer service background preferredMust be able to interact with a wide range of individuals in a professional mannerMust be able to conduct patrols and respond promptly to situationsAble to remain alert and detail-oriented throughout the shift.
