Role Purpose

The Security Senior Manager is responsible for developing and implementing comprehensive security strategies to protect company assets, personnel, and operations. This role focuses on risk assessment, compliance, and crisis management while ensuring a safe working environment. The manager will lead a dedicated security team and collaborate with internal and external stakeholders, including authorities and regulatory entities, to mitigate security threats effectively.

Main Accountabilities

· Develop and implement security policies and procedures to safeguard company assets and personnel.

· Conduct risk assessments and audits to identify vulnerabilities and enhance security measures.

· Lead, train, and mentor the security team to ensure high standards of performance and responsiveness.

· Collaborate with law enforcement and regulatory agencies to ensure compliance with security regulations.

· Manage incident response and crisis management plans to address security breaches or emergencies.

Requirements

· Education: Bachelor’s degree in Security Management, Criminal Justice, Business Administration, or a related field.

· Languages: Native Spanish speaker with proficient English skills.

· At least8 years of proven experience leading security teams in a corporate or logistics environment.

· Extensive knowledge of security protocols, risk management, and compliance standards.

· Experience in developing and implementing security strategies and programs.

· Strong analytical skills for assessing security risks and developing mitigation plans.

· Excellent communication and interpersonal skills for effective collaboration.

· Proven ability to build and maintain networks with authorities and regulatory entities.

· Ability to work under pressure and manage multiple priorities in a dynamic environment.

· Familiarity with crisis management and emergency response planning.

· Strong problem-solving skills and a proactive approach to security challenges.
