As a Patrol Unarmed Security Officer with Allied Universal at a prominent government location, you will play a key role in maintaining a secure environment by conducting regular patrols and remaining highly visible throughout the premises. Your presence will help to deter security-related incidents and foster a welcoming atmosphere for all individuals on site. This position requires driving responsibilities, as you will be tasked with covering various areas of the location to support ongoing security-related operations. You will also be expected to provide outstanding customer service, respond promptly to incidents, and communicate clearly with both team members and visitors. Use our proprietary scheduling platform to claim open shifts at client sites Support operations across a range of environments including commercial real estate, healthcare, and education Receive site-specific training and guidance from experienced teams Deliver consistent, professional security presence and customer service Be ready to fill in at short notice when urgent needs ariseResponsibilities:
Provide customer service by carrying out security-related procedures and site-specific policies, and respond to emergency situations as appropriate.Respond to incidents and critical situations in a calm, problem-solving manner, following established protocols.Conduct regular and random patrols throughout the location and its perimeter to help to deter unauthorized activity and identify potential issues.Observe and report any unusual activity, security-related concerns, or maintenance needs encountered during patrols.Communicate clearly and professionally with clients, visitors, and staff while upholding Allied Universal standards.Assist with access control by monitoring entry and exit points and verifying credentials as required by site policies.Support emergency response activities and coordinate with local authorities or site management as needed.What We’re Looking For:
