Demo & Proof of Concept (PoC) Skills + Collaborate with NTT APAC cyber security team (in Singapore) and 3rd party vendors to conduct live demonstrations and Proof of Concept (PoC) presentations for security solutions. + Assist customers in evaluating security tools by deploying and testing features in controlled environments. + Customize PoC environments to showcase product capabilities and addressing customer pain points. + Collaborate with sales and pre-sales teams to support security product evaluations. + Document and report PoC results, providing technical justifications and recommendations. Security IT Presales + Identifying customer challenges and proposing solutions: Understand customer needs and propose optimal solutions. + Explaining product and service features: Describe the features and benefits of our products and services to customers. + Presenting implementation plans: Outline the steps and schedule required for product or service implementation and clarify the deployment process. + Addressing technical inquiries: Respond to technical questions from customers and alleviate any concerns related to implementation. Security IT Consulting (Eventually) Collaborate with 3rd party vendors to rovide advisory and consulting on IT security best practices, focusing on: + Network Security – Secure network architectures using firewalls, IDS/IPS, VPNs, and NAC. + Endpoint Security – Deploy and configure EDR, DLP, and antivirus solutions to protect endpoints. + SIEM & Threat Detection – Assist in log collection, rule tuning, incident detection, and response for SIEM/XDR platforms. + Support customers in security operations, including incident response, vulnerability management, and compliance audits. Security Assessment (Eventually) + Collaborate with NTT APAC cyber security team (in Singapore) and 3rd party vendors to conduct security risk assessments, vulnerability assessments for IT and OT environments. + Perform gap analysis against regulatory and compliance frameworks. + Assess OT security controls, identify weaknesses, and recommend remediation strategies. + Provide detailed security assessment reports with risk prioritization and actionable recommendations. Security OT Consulting (Eventually) + Collaborate with 3rd party vendors to provide advisory and consulting on security best practices, focusing on: + Provide advisory services for securing Operational Technology (OT) environments, ICS/SCADA systems, and IoT. + Implement network segmentation strategies to separate IT and OT networks. + Deploy OT-specific firewalls, IDS/IPS solutions, and security monitoring tools. Assess and improve IEC 62443 compliance, industrial cybersecurity best practices, and OT asset visibility. + Conduct risk assessments for industrial control systems (ICS), ensuring resilience against cyber threats. + Work with engineers and plant managers to integrate cybersecurity controls into critical infrastructure environments. **Requirements** Skills & Experience + Project Management: Experience leading security solution deployments, managing project timelines, and handling customer interactions. + Demo & PoC Skills: Ability to demonstrate security products, set up test environments, and provide technical justifications.
