Description: In the Amneal National Security Operations Center (ANSOC), the Security Operator administers, coordinates, and evaluates security programs that support the strategy, policies, and standards established for the physical safety of all visitors and employees to the organizations facilities and the security of property and assets. Compiles data and analyzes results of access control, inspections, daily logs, and identify the need for additional resources. May coordinate or assist with investigations and critical event responses in coordination with law enforcement and other officials. The Security Specialist is also responsible for all controlled substance tracking in all Amneal Facilities. Schedule: 2nd Shift - 3:30pm - 12:00am Tuesday through Saturday Essential Functions: + Security Investigations / Reports security violations and disseminates information to support staff + Responsible for tracking internal and supply chain controlled substance movement + Inventory Audits/ Assisting in all transfers of controlled substances + Prepares incident reports and maintains security tracking logs, security documents and key records. + Has knowledge of the operations of a central command center, policies and procedures used to validate, process and track access credentials of authorized persons to ensure a safe work environment at company facilities. Process security information and data for employment records, security clearances, property control, and access control.
