What Your Day May Look Like

Manage a shift and/or segment of guarding operations at multiple sites, including supervision of subordinate officers and supervisory staff.Meet with upper management for status updates and to address current or future concerns.Ensure that service expectations are being met through regular contact with clients.Participate in and coordinate with management regarding training and development of staff.Maintain ad submit payroll records and other employee and business information.Maintain a positive and professional work environment on site.Communicate and coordinate scheduling, staffing, equipment, record keeping, and related matters, to ensure smooth delivery of services.

Position Requirements

Must be at least 18 years of age.2+ years of progressive supervisory and management experience OR a college degree.College Degree OR 2+ years of honorable military experience (proof required upon onboarding)Must have a strong grasp of appropriate and professional verbal/written communication.Conflict resolution and de-escalation skills a plus.Proficient computer / technology skills needed.Customer service background preferred.Strong planning, organizing, and leadership skills.Ability to take initiative, achieve results, and meet deadlines.Strong customer service and interpersonal skills a must.
