These values are at the heart of our culture, help define who we are and guide our actions. **Location:** North Reading, MA **Shift:** Tuesday- Saturday 10pm-6am or Sunday-Thursday 2pm-10pm **Salary:** $90,188/yearly **Position Summary:** The Security Operations Manager will oversee and manage daily security operations for assigned sites, ensuring service excellence and operational efficiency. This role requires a dynamic leader who excels in managing teams, addressing client needs, and optimizing security protocols. **Key Responsibilities:** + Manage and oversee security operations for assigned locations, ensuring compliance with company policies and client requirements. + Supervise and mentor security personnel, including recruiting, onboarding, and ongoing training. + Act as the primary point of contact for clients, addressing concerns, and fostering strong client relationships. + Conduct regular site visits to assess performance, enforce protocols, and identify areas for improvement. + Develop, implement, and maintain security plans, emergency response protocols, and operational procedures. + Monitor and analyze operational data, identifying trends and implementing solutions to improve efficiency. + Ensure compliance with local laws, regulations, and contractual obligations. + Prepare reports, including incident investigations, operational updates, and performance metrics. + Collaborate with leadership to develop strategies for improving service delivery and employee engagement. **Experience & Education:** + 4 years of experience in the security industry + 4 years of management experience + Working knowledge and experience with various security technologies including CCTV, access control systems, incident management software, and other video surveillance software + Bachelor’s degree in Criminal Justice, Security Management, Business Management, or a related field + Prior military or law enforcement a plus **Benefits:** + Medical, Dental, Vision + 401k + Weekly Pay & Paid Vacation + Employee Perks (Discounts @ Apple, Verizon, Ford & more) + Employee Assistance Program (Includes free counseling) + Financial & Wellness Program + Short and Long Term Disability + Company Paid Life Insurance We help make your world a safer place.
