Security Operations Manager, Asia We're hiring! We are looking for a Security Operations Manager, Asia to join our People Safety and Security Services team. This role is to be based either in our Kuala Lumpur or Penang office in Malaysia. What the day will look like + Support the development and delivery of security and safety training and awareness sessions for colleagues across Asia. + Assist with the development and review of emergency response plans for all Asia locations. + Help oversee the administration of the CPS local security system(s), ensuring compliance with CPS SOP’s and standards. + Support the Regional Security Manager in conducting regular security risk assessments for Asia locations as per CPS global standards. Work to address all risk findings identified during the PSRAs with the business and Regional Security Manager. + Oversee effective delivery of security solutions to new onboarding Aon locations, including risk assessment(s), security awareness and policy adoption. + Provide support (as required) to any location specific investigation. + Work with Regional Security Manager, the business and office administration teams in providing a response to reported incidents at our offices, including for workplace safety cases, guarding deployments. + Manage and administer the Asia Physical Security regional office tracker in Sharepoint. + Assist the Regional Security Manager in the maturity of the regional security champions programme, providing frequent refresher training where necessary. + Assist the Regional Security Manager for on-the-ground support for major Aon hosted events or executive movements as needed. + Provide support to develop and mature location security metrics, in line with global CPS guidelines for Asia. + Assist in providing monthly and quarterly metrics reports to the Regional Security Manager to demonstrate the value/output of the CPS function in this sub-region. + Help drive/lead any other risk mitigation initiatives. Skills and experience that will lead to success + At least 5 years of experience with physical security operations in a private sector/public sector environment. Experience in delivering these products on a regional scale will be beneficial. + Excellent communication, negotiation and presentation skills with the ability to communicate effectively through all levels of the organization both in person and through the use of technology (virtual). + Fluent written and oral communication of English and Mandarin (essential). + Excellent project management skills and experience and the ability to coordinate and manage multiple projects simultaneously. + Proficiency and comfort in delivering risk assessments for sites. + Knowledge in access control and CCTV systems is beneficial, particularly Lenel and Avigilon. + Other duties as assigned.
