About Blu Infinity Pool:
Blu Infinity Pool at Coeur d'Alene Resort is a popular and upscale pool area where guests relax and enjoy stunning lake views. We are looking for a vigilant and professional Security Officer to maintain safety and provide excellent guest service.
The Role:
As a Security Officer, you will monitor the pool area, enforce resort policies, and assist guests to ensure a safe and pleasant environment.
Key Responsibilities:
+ Patrol and monitor the pool area to prevent and respond to safety or security issues
+ Enforce resort and pool rules respectfully and consistently
+ Assist guests with questions and provide excellent customer service
+ Report incidents promptly and accurately to management
+ Collaborate with other resort security and staff to maintain overall safety
What We're Looking For:
+ Previous experience in security or related field preferred
+ Strong observation and communication skills
+ Professional and approachable demeanor
+ Ability to respond calmly in emergency situations
+ Availability to work flexible hours including evenings, weekends, and holidays
