This role involves monitoring security systems, conducting patrols, responding promptly to incidents such as Code Blacks, and liaising with hospital staff and emergency services. You will ensure compliance with safety policies, complete detailed incident reports, and contribute to a positive and professional security presence within a healthcare setting.
This is a full-time opportunity requiring flexibility to work a rotating roster, including a mix of morning, afternoon, and night shifts, with 5 days on and 2 days off.
Respond to security incidents, including Code Blacks and access control breaches Conduct regular patrols (internal/external), carpark monitoring, and patient escorts Monitor and operate CCTV and alarm systems in a control room environment Complete incident reports, issue infringement notices, and report hazards promptly Support emergency response procedures and collaborate with hospital and emergency services About you: Certificate II in Security & current SA Security Licence (mandatory) First Aid (with CPR) and Working with Children Check (mandatory) Excellent interpersonal and conflict resolution skills Strong written communication and incident reporting ability High level of professionalism, integrity, and teamworkAbout us:
