This is a high-visibility position requiring a polished, professional demeanor, excellent customer service skills, and strong decision-making abilities. As the first point of contact for tenants, guests, and vendors, you will be representing both our company and our high-profile client. Reliability, professionalism, and attentiveness are key to success in this role. Key Responsibilities: + Greet and assist tenants, vendors, and visitors with professionalism and courtesy + Monitor and control access to the building + Conduct regular interior and exterior patrols of the property + Monitor security systems, including CCTV + Respond quickly and appropriately to incidents, emergencies, or requests + Use reporting software to document patrols, incidents, and daily activity reports Requirements: + Minimum 2 years of experience in a professional security role, preferably in a commercial or high-rise environment + High school diploma or equivalent + Valid driver’s license + Reliable transportation to and from work + Exceptional communication and customer service skills + Professional appearance and demeanor - NO NECK, FACE OR BELOW THE WRIST TATTOOS + Strong judgment and decision-making abilities Preferred Experience: + Previous security, military, or law enforcement experience is a plus, but not required Ready to Represent Excellence?
