About the role:

As Security Manager, You perform activities in the field of hotel security. You manage the activities of hotel security and actively participate in ensuring the security of hotel operations. The Security Manager works closely with managers of other hotel departments to take appropriate action in relation to current security risks. You communicate with the integrated rescue system of the Czech Republic, state administration and self-government. In case of emergency, You are actively involved in their resolution.

What You will do:

Support property leadership in delivering a secure and safe environment for staff, guests, residents, and visitors.Be familiar with and ensure the implementation of security and safety policies, standards, and guidelines appropriate for local conditions.Conduct local threat and vulnerability assessments, ensuring the property’s risk rating remains appropriate, and report any changes in risk exposure.Take an active role in implementing and testing the hotel’s fire safety and emergency response plans, in coordination with designated personnel.Conduct and coordinate security and safety training for existing employees and new hires.Respond appropriately to any emergency or safety situation on the property.

What You will bring:

Bachelor’s degree is preferred.Minimum of 2-3 years of experience in security management, preferably with a minimum of 2 years of experience in hotel environmentExperience from a leading position in the field of security forces of the Czech Republic or general security.Previous team management experience.Knowledge of first aid, firefighting, and crowd control.Ability to manage crisis situations and respond in crisis situations.Communicative EnglishGroup B driving license
