Job Description A government entity in Portland OR is seeking a dedicated Security Log Analyst to perform daily security log reviews on two critical servers for two City Bureaus. These servers are currently outdated but essential to our operations. An active project to replace them is underway, expected to complete by Q3 next year. The role involves ensuring the security integrity of these servers through thorough log analysis. Skills and Requirements 3+ years of experience with security log analysis and cybersecurity. Familiarity with server security protocols and log management tools. Tools: Windows Event view, CrowdStrike, and Elastic search Strong analytical skills and attention to detail. Ability to work independently and manage time effectively. Excellent communication skills for reporting and collaboration.
