Allied Universal Services is currently seaking a Security Access Control Help Desk Specialist for a Tech site in Cupertino, CA.

Pay Rate : $30.00 / Hour

Job Schedule: Sunday - Thursday , 3:00 pm - 11:45 pm

The Access Control Help Desk Specialist will be working in a corporate environment for Allied Universal Services. The AC Help Desk Specialist provides assistance and resolution globally to access issues that include, but are not limited to: responding to inquiries, assisting users in obtaining badge access, submitting requests, and comprehensive troubleshooting. Additional responsibilities include escalating priority system/software issues to the proper technical team, tracking device and access level changes, and the construction and maintenance of security maps and its resources.

QUALIFICATIONS/REQUIREMENTS:

Driving Position : Must possess a valid DRIVER'S LICENSE with at least one year of driving experience, a clean driving record (no major violations within last 36 months, no more than 1 accident in last 24 months, no more than one minor moving violation in last 24 months), a minimum level of insurance as required by Company policy, and the ability to safely operate a vehicle required.
A valid Guard Card/License requiredMust have at least 1+ year of Security-related experience.Must have Customer Service experience.Must have Access Control experience.Have strong computer skills to operate innovative, wireless technology at client specific sitesAble to work in a fast-paced help desk environmentBe at least 18 years of age Possess a high school diploma or equivalent, or 5 years verifiable experiencePossess effective written and oral communication and interpersonal skills with ability to deal with all levels of personnel and the general public in a professional and effective manner
