As a Screener in a dynamic tech, media, and telecom location, you will play a key role in helping to maintain a secure environment by monitoring and patrolling assigned areas. Your presence will help to deter security-related incidents while you interact with employees, visitors, and guests, providing exceptional customer service and clear communication. You will conduct routine patrols, remain highly visible, and respond promptly to any security-related concerns. What You’ll Do:

Use our proprietary scheduling platform to claim open shifts at client sites Support operations across a range of environments including commercial real estate, healthcare, and education Receive site-specific training and guidance from experienced teams Deliver consistent, professional security presence and customer service Be ready to fill in at short notice when urgent needs arise

Responsibilities:

Provide customer service to clients by carrying out security-related procedures, site-specific policies, and when appropriate, emergency response activities.Respond to incidents and critical situations in a calm, problem-solving manner.Conduct regular and random patrols around the business and perimeter to help to deter unauthorized activity. Working environments and conditions may vary by location, especially within the tech, media, and telecom sector.Monitor entry points and screen individuals entering the premises to help to deter prohibited items or unauthorized access.Document and report any unusual activity or incidents according to site protocols.Communicate professionally with staff, visitors, and/or vendors as needed while maintaining a visible presence.

Minimum Requirements:
