**Description** **Job Title:** Lead Security Guard (SNE) **Location:** De Queen Arkansas GENERAL SUMMARY: This position is responsible for assuring all procedures are followed in achieving the highest level or productivity in the most cost-efficient manner possible. Make sure all reporting requirements are met for area of supervision. **General Description:** + Responsible for managing a secure entrance and perimeter for the facility + Learn all the jobs of your immediate staff. + Ensure completion and accuracy of reports done by staff + Complete daily and weekly reports as needed + Supervise, train, and evaluate performance of staff; implement disciplinary procedures when necessary. + Resolve employee’s conflicts and issues promptly and objectively. + Direct communication with company and outside services + Work in the Order Management System/Shop Floor + Work with the Plant Shipping/Shag Service/Traffic + Work with the Traffic Department to coordinate shipping date, times, and locations + Maintain logs for inbound and outbound trucks + Attend meetings as scheduled + Reports to Safety Manager + Other duties as assigned **Required skills:** + Previous security related experience preferred but not required + Previous supervisory experience is preferred but not required + 10-key and computer skills required + Ability to handle conflict + Ability to think critically and problem solve + Attention to detail and ability to multi-task + Communication skills—written and verbal + Ability to speak multiple languages is preferred but not required + Self-starter and Team player + Strong leadership / management skills + Must be able to demonstrate effective people skills + Reliable attendance record + Must be able to pass a Background Check **Working Conditions:** + Must be able to work in security guard shacks, security vehicles in hot and cold conditions + Must be able to work outside in all weather conditions + Must be able to walk, run, sit and stand for extended periods of time + Lift up to 50lbs. **EOE, including disability/vets** .
