Job Title: Security Guard (SNE)Location: De Queen ArkansasGENERAL SUMMARY: This position is responsible for assuring all procedures are followed in achieving the highest level or productivity in the most cost-efficient manner possible. Make sure all reporting requirements are met. General Description: Monitors plant activity.Hourly rounds (checking trailer temps, room temps, and gates).Monitor all associates entering and existing building including car traffic.Weight master scales, weighing trailers in and out.Answering switchboard after hours.Billing loads.Follow and implement company policies.Operate company owned vehiclesInspect trailers for cleanliness and operabilityReceive shipments of supplies and raw materials QUALIFICATIONS:Ability to read and write and speak in EnglishStrong computer skills preferredAbility to walk more than one mile, on varying terrain, in all weather and up/down stairsAbility to perform assigned tasks without direct supervisionAbility to communicate effectively under stressAttention to detailProfessional attitudeAbility to work any shiftSecurity experience a plusMinimum High School diploma or GED Working Conditions: Must be able to work in security guard shacks, security vehicles in hot and cold conditions Must be able to work outside in all weather conditions Must be able to walk, run, sit and stand for extended periods of time Lift up to 50lbs.
