Visit us: www.synterra.ca Job Summary Work Location: Northern Ontario, Remote Location willing to relocate Shifts: 2 weeks on 2 weeks off rotation, 12-hour shifts Work Setting: Private security agency, construction site Travelling: Employees pay their own way to get to the site.  On-Site: All accommodations on site are included at no cost to our guards.  Type of Assignments: Fixed post, Foot patrol, Patrol post, Vehicle patrol Work Conditions: Outside, combinations of sitting, standing and walking Requirements  Documents: Valid Ontario Security Guard License Valid First Aid Certificate Valid Ontario Class G Driver’s License Clean Criminal Record Skills: Spill response training is an asset Languages: English or Bilingual (French) Writing and Oral communication Working well with others Problem-solving Decision making Critical thinking Job task planning and organizing Significant use of memory Computer skills in MS Office Experience: Minimum of 6 months in security or relative field The applicant must be legally entitled to work in Canada and to be 18 years old at the time of applying.  Benefits: Full benefits after 3 months  Powered by JazzHR
