As a Surveillance Security Guard, you will be the person spotting threats before they escalate in environments such as security operation centres, call centers, construction sites, parking lots and gatehouses, etc.

Monitor fire alarm system and investigate alarms
Manage rail movement on site and ensure safety protocols are followed
Create customs invoices for trucks crossing the border
Monitor clearance updates for products and trucking companies
Record, prioritize, and follow shipment schedules
Record all persons entering and leaving the property
Handle a high volume of truck traffic
Create bills and invoices for shipments
Qualifications for Surveillance Security Guard Be authorized to work in Canada Hold a valid security license First aid certification required Capability to manage high truck traffic volumes Proficient in Excel and other computer programs Strong organizational skills to record and prioritize shipments Ability to stand and walk throughout shift
