+ The Network Security Specialist would work on Requests, Changes, Incidents and Problem records to support our customers’ network security environment. + Implement Network Security solutions and provide operational support in a customer environment. + Configure FW rules in Palo Alto and append the security profiles. + Hands on experience with the security profiles. + Update signatures on Palo Alto, FTD and other FW operations tasks. + Will provide technical escalation to L1 support engineers + Provide Oncall support for high severity incidents in a 24x7 environment + Detect security issues, create customer tickets and manage problems until closure. + Ensure that Service Level Agreements and operational standards are met. + Perform system maintenance, checkups and maintain current documentation. + Provide resolution plans for device issues. + Propose service, process and technical improvements to management.
