The Network Security Specialist would work on Requests, Changes, Incidents and Problem records to support our customers’ network security environment. Implement Network Security solutions and provide operational support in a customer environment. Configure FW rules in Palo Alto and append the security profiles. Hands on experience with the security profiles. Update signatures on Palo Alto, FTD and other FW operations tasks. Will provide technical escalation to L1 support engineers Provide Oncall support for high severity incidents in a 24x7 environment Detect security issues, create customer tickets and manage problems until closure. Ensure that Service Level Agreements and operational standards are met.  Perform system maintenance, checkups and maintain current documentation. Provide resolution plans for device issues. Propose service, process and technical improvements to management.
