**Summary:** Scope, design and champion Security solutions for projects spanning all of Meta's users, employees, and infrastructure. **Required Skills:** Security Engineer Responsibilities: 1. Lead a combined Security Engineering, Security Analyst, and Software Engineering organization to implement security solutions and platforms shared across Meta. 2. Determine what the highest-risk items in the above domains are across the company, then lead development of detailed threat models and solutions across the space. 3. Navigate tradeoffs between security and friction/cost to ensure the company can continue to move fast in a secure manner. **Minimum Qualifications:** Minimum Qualifications: 4. B.S. Computer Science or related field. 5. Significant experience in driving large cross-company engineering+Security initiatives. 6. Experience managing security risk and navigating the tradeoff between security and friction in a large organization. 7. Experience communicating and influencing across functions to drive solutions. 8. Experience operating in high ambiguity environments and balancing technical solution design with complex business processes & requirements. 9.
