Summary

HII-Mission Technologies is seeking a proactive and detail-oriented Security Cooperation Subject Matter Expert (Security Cooperation SME) to support critical programs within the Special Operations Command Pacific (SOCPAC). This role offers an opportunity to contribute directly to the planning, execution, and management of initiatives vital to supporting U.S. national security and defense priorities in the Indo-Pacific region. Additionally, the successful candidate will assist in ensuring project milestones are met while adhering to program objectives, timelines, and compliance requirements. What you will do Understanding of Program Management process, procedures, and regulations, with ability to work on a team with Program Manager and Security Cooperation Coordinator Develop and maintain relationships with clients (military leaders, personnel, and other stakeholders/Program Management Office), to ensure effective communication and coordination Creating, editing, and maintaining initiatives, activities, and programs within key DSCA systems (SOCIUM, OHASIS, and C2IE) Monitoring and reporting DSAMS security assistance case data to SOCPAC Security Cooperation Managers Supporting the development and execution of military exercises, engagements, and other operational initiatives Conducting assessments, delivering briefings, and leading after-action reviews to drive continuous improvement and mission success Participating in in-person and remote meetings regarding security cooperation programs Additional duties as assigned or required  What we are looking for 5 years relevant experience with Bachelors in related field; 3 years relevant experience with Masters in related field; 0 years experience with PhD or Juris Doctorate in related field; or High School Diploma or equivalent and 9 years relevant experience Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to prepare professional reports and presentations Strong organizational skills, with the ability to manage multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment Clearance: Must possess and maintain a Secret Clearance, with the continued ability to obtain TS/SCI Bonus points for... Experience supporting Security Assistance and Security Cooperation programs Experience managing RFP processes Knowledge of defense acquisition regulations (e.g., FAR/DFARS) and government contracting Experience within INDOPACOM and SOCPAC, specifically within the Maritime Security Cooperation Domain Understanding of the Indo-Pacific operational environment and regional security dynamics Clearance: Possess and maintain a TS/SCI Physical Requirements May require working in an office, industrial, shipboard, or laboratory environment. Capable of climbing ladders and tolerating confined spaces and extreme temperature variances.
