Job Summary
We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Senior Security Consultant with 12-16 years of relevant experience to join our cybersecurity consulting team. The ideal candidate will have strong hands-on expertise in SIEM, XDR/EDR, compliance frameworks, and cloud security solutions. In addition to technical proficiency, the candidate should have demonstrable experience in responding to RFPs/RFIs, preparing client-facing presentations, and authoring technical proposals.

Key Responsibilities
• Lead and execute security assessments, implementation, and advisory engagements across SIEM, EDR/XDR, cloud security, and compliance domains.
• Design and deploy security solutions based on client requirements and industry best practices.
• Work closely with clients to assess current security posture and develop strategies to improve maturity and mitigate risks.
• Customize and configure SIEM (e.g., Splunk, QRadar, Sentinel) and XDR/EDR tools (e.g., CrowdStrike, Microsoft Defender, Palo Alto Cortex XDR) to meet client-specific monitoring and detection needs.
• Provide subject matter expertise in cloud security (AWS, Azure, GCP), including identity, data protection, workload security, and compliance.
• Support compliance efforts and audits against frameworks such as ISO 27001, NIST, SOC 2, GDPR, and others.
• Participate in the development of RFI/RFP responses, including solution design, technical architecture, and level-of-effort estimation.
• Prepare and deliver high-impact presentations and proposal documents tailored to client needs and executive audiences.
• Collaborate with internal stakeholders, including sales, pre-sales, and delivery teams, to ensure successful project execution and client satisfaction.
• Mentor junior consultants and contribute to knowledge-sharing initiatives.

Required Skills & Qualifications
• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Information Security, Computer Science, or a related field.
• ಌ-16 years of relevant hands-on experience in cybersecurity consulting or a similar role.
• Deep understanding of and hands-on experience with SIEM platforms (e.g., Splunk, QRadar, Sentinel).
• Experience with EDR/XDR technologies (e.g., CrowdStrike, SentinelOne, Microsoft Defender, Cortex XDR).
• Strong knowledge of cloud security architecture and solutions across AWS, Azure, or GCP.
• Working experience with security compliance standards and audits (ISO 27001, NIST CSF, SOC 2, etc.).
• Demonstrated experience in preparing technical proposals, RFP/RFI responses, and client presentations.
• Strong analytical, documentation, and communication skills.
• Professional certifications preferred: CISSP, CISM, CCSP, Azure/AWS/GCP Security Certification, or equivalent.
