Skills and Requirements - Minimum of 3 years of experience in technical writing - Proven ability to translate complex technical concepts into clear, concise, and user-friendly documentation aligned with compliance standards - Hands-on experience with documentation tools and platforms - Exceptional written and verbal communication skills - Technical writing experience within IT Security or compliance-focused environments - Familiarity with compliance standards such as TSA-SD, PCI-DSS, and Sarbanes-Oxley (SOX) - Working knowledge of Microsoft Azure services, security controls, and governance tools - Experience using SharePoint as a documentation management tool - Basic understanding of cybersecurity principles, including architecture, vulnerability management, and incident response null We are a company committed to creating diverse and inclusive environments where people can bring their full, authentic selves to work every day.
