The Role:

JLL is seeking an Asset Security Services Manager to join our team!  This position is with an accounts business within JLL Work Dynamics located in Australia. This exciting opportunity is responsible for supporting the clients people, customers, and stakeholders .   

An Overview of the role:

Security Asset & Incident Management 

Provide a management point of contact for the clients call centre and proactively create & maintain a positive relationshipSupport security related incident investigation and related work order data extraction in relation to security  Monitors and tracks security work orders ensuring SLAs and KPIs are met Ensures all aspects of risk & compliance relating to security scope are managed and tracked to closure 

Workflow Management 

Ensure effective management of all work order reports are met and provide guidance and training to facilities staff on Data Collection, Data Quality Checks, and accuracy  Ensure that work order analysis for works is undertaken to determine areas of potential concern within portfolio  Oversee the input of PPM schedule within the CMMS using the vendor network to provide maintenance plans in the required format   Support the build of asset management plans, forward works plans or capital works plan

Vendor Contract Management 

Ensures contractors are onboarded in accordance with JLL onboarding policies and procedures  Performs audit on contractors on site to ensure compliance to safe work methods and JLL policies Ensures maintenance vendors delivers to exacting standards of the contract scope of work

A demonstrated aptitude for the interpretation and analysis of e numerical data related to work orders, asset registers, asset performance, with an understanding of how they relate to the property and building management.  

Proven experience in managing and delivering maintenance strategiesDemonstrated skills in rigorous, fact-based analyses that drive creative problem solving, proposal preparation, and negotiations.  Persuasive written and verbal communication skills coupled with strong multi-tasking and organisational capabilities, with a high level of attention to detail. Able to problem solve and to think strategically, with a common-sense approach and initiative when resolving issues. Proficient in the use of the MS Office product suite including Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and Outlook, particularly Excel with a knowledge of pivot tables, lookups, complex formulas, etc.
