**What you'll bring to the team** **Security & Incident Supervisor** **Location:** LEGOLAND® Windsor Resort, Windsor, SL4 4AY **Hours:** 37.5 hours per week, across a 7-day rota (any 5 days out of 7, including weekends and bank holidays) **Contract Type:** Permanent, salaried Here at the LEGOLAND® Windsor Resort our 2025 season is in full swing, and we are recruiting for a Security & Incident Supervisor to join our AWESOME Security Operations Team! As the Security & Incident Supervisor you will look after both our guests and our staff, ensuring everyone is having a safe and pleasant day. You will be leading by example as you coach and guide our team of Security Officers, Hosts and First Aiders, enforcing company procedures and policies in accordance with health and safety legislation. As an experienced Security professional, you will utilise your previous experience to own and enhance all security compliance, oversee the operation of all CCTV, fire alarm and park radio systems and foster a culture of inclusion, consistency and professionalism within your team. Of course you will also respond to incidents in a timely manner, remaining calm and following procedure to ensure an appropriate resolution.
