Manage the implementation of new and incremental client business into the Securities Services organization within J.P. Morgan’s Corporate Investment Bank. Your role will involve managing projects that range from single product implementations to comprehensive programs involving multiple products, entities, and stakeholders. The role covers a diverse client base including Asset Managers, Hedge Fund Managers, Private Equity Managers, Pensions, Banks, Governmental Entities, and Insurance Companies. Solutions and Implementation activity encompasses all Securities Services products including Custody, Fund Accounting & Administration, Hedge Funds Services, Investment Analytics, Compliance, ETF Services, IMOS, Private Equity Fund Services, Securities Lending, Margin Services, and Tri-Party Services.

Drive client requirements gathering and propose & influence target solutionsEnsure client requirements are understood by internal partners and work with them to design, document, and ensure appropriate sign-offOversee project plans to track progress and risks, lead virtual teams, conduct post-implementation reviews, ensure compliance, and manage stakeholder communication.Contribute to strategy for delivering excellent client serviceIdentify potential tactical and strategic improvements to implementation processesProactively drive initiatives as agreed uponCollaborate with Sales and Proposal teams to accurately represent onboarding in RFPs and client presentationsRepresent the Solutions team in cross-functional and senior forumsRequired qualifications, capabilities, and skills:
Minimum 2 years experience in Financial Services industryWorking knowledge of Securities Services productsStrong project and program management skillsEffective time management skills, with an ability to work in a fast-paced, deadline-driven environmentStrong communication and collaboration skills; able to work with many different individuals and partner effectively with different groupsStrong organizational skills including attention to detail and ability to manage multiple projects and responsibilities simultaneouslyAbility to work both independently and as part of a teamProfessional and proactive approach to work
