**What You'll Do** Principal is seeking a **Securities Operations Specialist II** to join our Trust & Custody Department in Minneapolis, MN. If you enjoy working in a fast-paced environment and have strong analytical, problem-solving and communication skills, this may be the position for you! This role will act as a liaison into Principal Custody Solutions (PCS) for Self-Managed and institutional trust clients whose accounts are managed by an external Investment Managers. **Daily responsibilities include:** + Review, track and monitor reports + Maintain customer satisfaction and follow up on high-level customer requests or concerns + Lead and/or participate in production improvement efforts + Ensure service level agreements (SLAs) are met + Address procedural impacts + May provide training, coaching, and feedback to new and existing team members + Provide back-up for all department functions + Lead small to medium-sized projects or parts of larger projects Operating at the intersection of financial services and technology, Principal builds financial tools that help our customers live better lives. Non-sales positions have the opportunity to participate in a bonus program. Sales positions are eligible for sales incentives, and in some instances a bonus plan, whereby total compensation may far exceed base salary depending on individual performance. Actual compensation for all roles will be based upon geographic location, work experience, education, licensure requirements and/or skill level and will be finalized at the time of offer. **Salary Range (Non-Exempt expressed as hourly; Exempt expressed as yearly)** $23.80 - $32.26 / hour **Time Off Program** Personal Time Off (PTO) is provided to hourly (non-exempt) employees and provides a set amount of accrued time earned each pay period. There is an onsite requirement during training.
