JOB DESCRIPTION

Support and handle Corporate Actions for Securities & Fund Services clients for A/B sharesDiarize Corporate Actions announcement daily and keep good record of each eventExecute markets dividend payments, claims, and proxy eventsPrepare and send corporate actions notification to counterparties and clientsHandle, prepare and answer corporate action queriesWork on ad hoc projects for the department

REQUIREMENTS

University Graduate with 5-7 years relevant working experienceStrong command in both English, written and verbalAbility to apply firm's policies and procedures to daily workStrong operations focus with good control senseAbility to prioritize workload and meet tight deadlinesAbility to identify and escalate relevant issues to supervisor's attentionExcellent problem solving and analytical skillsTeam player and strong interpersonal skillsWork effectively under pressure and steep learning curveProficiency in Microsoft Office application. Good excel macro skill is a plus
