This job is part of the Financial Strategy and Operations job function. They are responsible for maintaining accounting, financial, and reporting policies and controls. **What you'll do:** + Provide formal supervision to employees. Track the training and development of staff. Conduct + performance evaluations and coaching. Oversee the recruiting and hiring of new employees. + Coordinate and manage the team's daily activities. Establish work schedules, assign tasks, and crosstrain + staff. Set and track staff and department deadlines. Mentor and coach as needed. + Plan, approve, and execute budgeting, forecasting, strategic planning processes, and standard + management reporting. + Assist Executive Management with setting direction for the business. + Establish all departmental priorities to meet deadlines. In lieu of a degree, a + combination of experience and education will be considered. + Experience in the areas of staffing, selection, training, development, coaching, mentoring, measuring, + appraising, and rewarding performance and retention is preferred. + Ability to exchange sensitive, complicated, and difficult information, convey performance + expectations and handle problems. + Leadership skills to motivate the team to achieve broad operational targets with impacts on own job + discipline, multiple job disciplines, and department. + In-depth knowledge of Microsoft Office products. Examples include Word, Excel, Outlook, etc. + Expert organizational skills with an unrivaled inquisitive mindset. + Expert math skills. The minimum salary for the position is $190,000 annually and the maximum salary for the position is $230,000 annually. The compensation that is offered to a successful candidate will depend on the candidate’s skills, qualifications, and experience. Successful candidates will also be eligible for a discretionary bonus based on CBRE’s applicable benefit program.
