Otis & Sigma is growing and is looking for a Section Manager for Klang Valley area. **Position Summary** The Section Manager is responsible for overseeing the daily operations of field service, ensuring service excellence, compliance, and customer satisfaction. This role involves managing a team of supervisors and technical staff, ensuring high-quality maintenance, and driving operational efficiency while maintaining full P&L accountability for the customers' account. **Key Responsibilities** 1. Operational Leadership + Manage day-to-day site operations to ensure smooth service delivery. 2. Customer & Quality Management + Build and maintain strong relationships with internal & external stakeholders. + Ensure all maintenance, repair, and reporting activities meet contractual obligations and customer expectations. + Monitor and continuously improve maintenance standards, breakdown response, and service quality. 3. Compliance & Safety + Ensure strict adherence to EH&S policies and statutory requirements. + Maintain all inspection records and certifications (including Schedule 14 compliance). + Champion a strong site safety culture and enforce safe work practices. 4. Financial & Business Responsibility + Act as the P&L leader for customers' accounts, responsible for financial performance, budgeting, and resource allocation. + Drive operational cost control and ensure profitability. + Identify growth opportunities and support business development through service quality. 5.
