As a Section Manager (Module Engineering Manager, Area Manager), you'll lead a team of talented professionals in our cutting-edge 4-nanometer fab. Job Responsibilities + Lead module process and equipment improvements to ensure high-quality wafer production and delivery. + Collaborate with Process Integration, Manufacturing, Yield Improvement, and Cross-Module teams. + Elevate engineering and manufacturing excellence across departments such as CMP, CVD, Diffusion, Dry Etch, Wet Etch, Lithography, Metrology, and PVD. + Manage new production line setup, equipment troubleshooting, and resource planning. + Hire and develop teams of engineers and technicians, fostering continuous improvement and innovation. + Ensure compliance with industry standards and regulatory requirements, including NIST, cGMP, FDA, EQB, and OSHA. + Drive defect, yield, and productivity improvements to meet business goals. + Coordinate with vendors for tool installations, upgrades, and maintenance. Required Skills & Qualifications + Bachelors, Masters, or Ph.D. degree in Electronics, Electrical Engineering, Mechanical, Material Science, Chemical Engineering, or Automation Engineering + 5 to 10+ years of relevant experience, depending on specific degree and education + Experience in single wafer production at 20nm or less within the last 4 years + Experience in HVM / high-volume semiconductor production (8,000+/week) + Experience in single wafer production at 300mm + Experience managing teams of 8+ people (engineers, technicians) *The ideal candidate profile will have a STEM degree, a career progression from engineer (possibly starting as a tech) to manager (Module Manager, Section Manager, Area Manager, Manufacturing Manager, or similar), having both managed teams and worked within HVM wafer production on 300mm and under 20nm node technology within the last 2 years. Work Environment Work in a cleanroom and office environment with a Monday to Friday, 8am to 5pm schedule. Dress code includes closed-toed shoes and a bunny suit in the cleanroom; casual business attire otherwise. This facility is locked-down with no personal electronics allowed onsite. Training will include anywhere from 2 to 6 months in Taiwan. Section Managers will be responsible for 1 of the following modules: + PVD - Currently the most urgent need + CMP + CVD + Epitaxy + Diffusion + Etch (Dry) + Etch (Wet) + Metrology + Lithography We are considering applicants nationwide, as some relocation support can be provided. Local candidates in Arizona are ideal. Pay and Benefits The pay range for this position is $130000.00 - $199000.00/yr.
