The Systems Engineering Directorate is the central focus for Mission Systems Integration activities within Raytheon, responsible for defining customer needs, functional and product architecture, requirements definition and decomposition, Model Based Systems Engineering (MBSE), system performance, and System Security Engineering (SSE). The Radar Systems (RS) Department is searching for a Section Leader to join a team of engineers that designs and develops world-class Sensor systems in our Tewksbury and/or Marlborough, MA, locations. As a Section Leader, the candidate will be expected to perform day-to-day management of a group of multi-disciplinary systems engineers, with the primary responsibility of ensuring that each employee has suitable work assignments and opportunities for growth and advancement. Management duties include performance development and appraisal, career coaching and ensuring adherence to company policies, actively participate in RS leadership team goals and initiatives, support department hiring and support program staffing. The salary range for this role is 101,000 USD - 203,000 USD. The salary range provided is a good faith estimate representative of all experience levels.
