**About the Team:**
The role falls under Citi’s Information Security Office’s Secrets Engineering team, with global responsibilities to spearhead and lead the project management duties and scrum ceremonies of CyberArk PAM (privileged access management) team. The team is responsible for engineering and providing solutions in the Privileged account management space. This is an emerging space which addresses the core issues of controlling access and managing the life cycle of accounts that have elevated privileges. The team member in this role is responsible for Agile transformation of the team and plays a key role in establishing a balance between security and operational needs of the firm.
**Responsibilities:**
What the role covers:
+ Efficient and Adept at running the Scrum ceremonies including Standups, Sprint planning, Sprint review and retrospectives
+ Manage the scrum board, sprint reporting, identifying and resolving project blockers
+ Experienced at coaching the team and fostering better communication across project timelines and deliverables internally as well as to external stakeholders
+ Assist with guiding the team through the Agile Transformation process to ensure efficient and optimized deliveries
+ Ensure that the team stays focused on the highest prioritized deliverables set by the Product Owner
+ Navigating the complex landscape of initiative stakeholders and ensure smooth communication channels with Secrets Engineering Team
+ Diligently work with the Engineering and Operational counterparts improving the collaboration and handover processes
+ Support the product owner and management with reporting, project status, and identifying risks
**Qualifications:**
+ 6+ years of relevant experience
+ Good oral and written communication skills
+ Highly motivated self-starter with excellent interpersonal skills
+ Experience working in a hybrid environment (office/remote) with global teams is necessary
+ CSM (Certified Scrum Master) (or) PSM (Professional Scrum Master) certification is desired
+ Experience with Agile Transformation a plus
+ Need to be well versed with Atlassian software such as JIRA and Confluence
+ Strong planning, organizational, and time management skills

**Primary Location Full Time Salary Range:**
$125,760.00 - $188,640.00
