**Accurate Health Auditing & Consulting Single Member S.A.,** **a subsidiary of the IQVIA Group** and a premier provider of medical audit, Third Party Administration (TPA) and consulting services in the healthcare sector, operating both domestically and internationally, is seeking **Administrative Employee** for its secretariat department at the company's headquarters. This role is integral to our collaboration with Insurance Companies and Insurance Funds.
**Position Highlights**
+ **Be the welcoming and professional presence at the front desk, delivering outstanding service to all guests and clients**
+ Manage and direct incoming and outgoing calls (switchboard), emails, and messages with accuracy
+ Responsible for both electronic and physical filing, as well as maintaining records of incoming and outgoing correspondence
+ Provide comprehensive administrative support to the Central Administration team.
+ Coordinate meetings and monitor the calendars of senior executives, while also supporting the planning and execution of internal and external events
+ Coordinate all aspects of business travel, such as flight and hotel bookings, to ensure smooth and efficient travel arrangements
+ Collaborate with the Quality Control & Statistical Analysis as well as Procurement & Accounting departments on various operational matters, such as reporting internet or phone line issues, restocking consumables, and coordinating with external partners for the secure disposal of confidential documents
+ Provide administrative support in managing services offered to the company’s clients, including communication with clients and audit units regarding the renewal of their contracts with healthcare providers (clinics)
+ Provide administrative support to the HR department, including the coordination and schedule of interviews with prospective employees and collaborating physicians, as well as the update of staff about the Group Health Programs offered by the company and handling the collection and submission of required documentation to insurance providers
+ Provide administrative support to a number of company projects, such as TYPET and Arbitration Committees
**Required** **Qualifications:**
+ University or Technological Educational Institute degree.
+ Proficiency in computer applications (Excel, Word, Outlook, Power Point) and internet usage.
+ Strong written and oral communication skills, effective time management and teamwork abilities.
**Desired Qualifications:**
+ Educational background in health sciences or related fields
+ Good command of the English language
